The plucky pigeon

Today I was horrified to see a pigeon land on MY balcony! I regularly watch them flying by and sometimes they even dare to sit on top of the street lights just down the road, but never have I known one to be so plucky and sit on my balcony! If you excuse the mess… You can see the naughty pigeon happily sitting on the ledge in the top left corner. I was beside myself!

I wasn’t allowed outside to chase Mr.Pigeon away because the humans were worried I’d fall off and we’re on the fourth floor! Once I’m on the boat though it will be a whole different story!

We also said goodbye to the bench today. It won’t fit on the boat so it’s gone of to a new home!

  3. Must be hard saying goodbye to so many things at a time – guess it means you’re really moving out! Perhaps the pigeon was saying goodbye with a twerk?

  5. We hope you gave that dumb bird a piece of your mind. He’s acting as if you have already left, and he can just come and go as he pleases. Bad bird. Sorry you couldn’t go after him. Love, purrs and paw-pats from your brofur and sisfurs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
