Why do humans get so stressed?

My humans are currently more frustrating than a mouse on a string!

They’re buzzing around the place, packing and moving things and generally being annoying. I hear all the other humans sympathizing with them that moving is stressful, but I really don’t get it. All you have to do is put a few things into boxes, and move them to another place… ahh boxes!

I don’t know why the humans find it so difficult or why they get so stressed about it. I haven’t even started to pack yet but when I do it will take all of two minutes, I need my food and water bowls, my litter tray and some of my toys. I’ll leave the rest of my toys for when I come back to Nocturne. I don’t understand why the humans need so many things.

I live with them but I’m not sure if I’ll ever fully understand them!

Relaxed and excited!

If only they could learn to relax like me!

Bisous, Bailey

  1. Good point, Bailey. It’s part of the human condition to acquire more things than needed then fill up ones garage with it. Uhg.

  4. Bailey, why don’t you start pushing their boxes overboard? That will teach them to have so much stuff! LOL!

That is the great part about being the family pet. We don’t have to worry about anything except to try to calm them down

Just make sure you’re on high patting alert. That does help the humans.

  10. Bailey, you don’t ever want to understand humans!
Just accept that they are a silly race.
Relax and let them stress. They do it so well 😉

  11. So true Bailey! Also, why do humans gather so much “stuff”? They don’t need it all! It just seems to stress them out don’t you think? Good luck with the move!

  16. I’ve been told my behavior is cat-like, since I enjoy the curling-up/napping stuff. But, when I have to move–I do get rather crazy. Nancy Coco Heidi

  17. Humans are an enigma. Bailey, is that the water directly below your little ledge? That seems to be a rather precarious place for a nap. You are an adventure cat! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
