Getting the humans back up to scratch!

Well the humans have picked up some very lazy habits whilst they’ve been on holiday. I’ve had to remind them quite strongly that their number one priority is, of course, me! They’ve been cleaning and working on the boat before tending to me! I’ve had to nudge them multiple times to remind them they they need to give me a massage and head rubs. I’ve also had to drop my mouse directly in front of them in order for them to throw it…This is completely unacceptable.

Where's the mouse?

Do any of you have advice on how I can get them trained up again please?

Bisous, Bailey

  1. Silly hoomans! I find that biting mom’s ankle helps or walking over dads chest and meowing at him works quiet well!

Let me know if you come right? Lol

  2. Yes, Bailey, I know what you mean! It does take a while to retrain the staff after a vacation. I know you’ll have them up to your standards in no time though.

  3. Oh Bailey — how could they neglect you so after having been on VACATION! Well you keep up the nudging and reminding that YOU come first.

  4. Nudge, meow a good meeker meow, nice and loud! Your the captain and the Hulu man’s are your mates,, aye aye Captain! Montyx

  5. Just get in their face and tell them! At least, that’s what Binga does.

  6. Bailey: 1) Pack your bags as if YOU’LL be taking a vacation 2) Hide their favorite things 3) Act as if you’ll jump overboard (this one will probably do the trick)! Pat

Sasha says meowing VERY loudly between the hours of 4am and 7am is very helpful to humans to remind them who the boss is. From your furriend in Australia.

  8. You’d think with the mouse on your head, they’d notice! It makes you cross eyed!

  9. Keep reminding them they are NOT on a cat free vacation anymore!
    Remind them often 😉

  12. Diane sargent says:

Hmmm….try a silent meow while looking sadly straight into their eyes & acting dejected…..gets them every time. They will feel bad & pick you up & everything. Silent meows are a well kept secret. So try it Mr B……….

  13. Bring them thee toyss you want to play with. Mee-yow to them when it is treet, snack or meel time!
Paw patss werk good; no scratchin…
    That reelly uppysetss them!
Gaze at them with LUV; that will melt their hearts an remind them yur numburr #1……
