Brave Lobster

The scariest thing that happened to me this weekend involved my lobsters (Dwarf hamsters) I’d just had a delicious treat for Halloween…

Trick or treat?

…and I was just settling down to have a snooze when Bisque the naughtier of the two lobsters jumped up on my back and ran all over me!

Lobster piggyback

I didn’t quite know what to make of it and my humans took her away before I could decide whether to allow it to continue or not! Obviously I wouldn’t eat my furry sister but I’m not sure I can trust myself not to have a little nibble!

  2. oh boy, brave indeed. I would have thought the chase would be on. your humans should get one of those balls for them to roll around in, then you could have fun playing.

Perhaps your lobsters need a lobster-ball so they can roam while surrounded by it’s hard plastic shell? Our HuMom’s childhood furry lobster was a great escape artist. But we are sure you are very watchful and none of Nocturne’s beautiful wood needs worry about sharp hamster teeth!

  11. We agree! It would be tempting.
With our Julie, it would be dangerous for the” lobsters” 😉

OMC, Bailey. We are wondering just what might have happened had you not just had that little snack. We had no idea just how small these “guys” are. We are pretty sure that Bisque would have quickly become cat chow at our house. XOCK from your brofur and sisfurs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
