  7. We had a simaese cat just like yours when I was a kid. I named him “Kitty Koo” He squeezed between my two sisters (double bed) at night to get on their heating pad (nice and warm and our house was cold in the winter) but one night we heard a terrible shriek “MEOWWWWWWWWW!” Poor Kitty Koo touched a hot wire and got his fur burned. It was fortunate that Kitty Koo discovvered the faulty heating pad, otherwise there might have a fire in that tinder dry wooden structure. A couple of years later Kitty Koo burned his tail on the hot element of the oven. My mom had turned on the oven and opened the door to help heat up the kitchen. Kitty Koo thought that he would take advantage and curl up on the open door but carelessly allowed his tail to enter the oven. You guessed it: “MEOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! And the smell of burnt fur.
