Oh I do love to be beside the seaside!

Well it may be December, and I know many of you are struggling through snow and nasty weather, but here in Nice we’ve had a beautiful day.
So I took my humans out for lunch on the beach!
On the beach!

On the beach in my sherpa case!

It was actually my first time on the beach and I loved it! It’s far too hot and busy in the summer to even consider it, but at the moment it’s perfect weather for felines. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves too which was nice. There were lots of pigeons around though, which kept me nicely entertained.

The waves crashing against the rocks scared me a little bit to begin with, they don’t sound like that when we’re out on the boat! I soon got used to it though and had a whale of a time!
Once I felt brave enough I explored on my own!

I hope that we can go again soon because I love being outside and exploring.
We love the beach!

  7. What a nice family you have Bailey. I use to live in CA when I was younger and would go to dog beach sometimes. It’s always fun to run free and play. You are a very good cat to go many places with your humans and know that it is OK. The cats I have met are not as carefree as you.

  11. Bailey it looks like you had a grand time with your parents on the beach. No crowds around and you could explore it while your Mom and Dad kept an eye on you! You look quite comfortable there and your beautiful harness looks like it matches your eyes purrrrfectly! You’re not only a well-seasoned sailor, you’re now officially a beach bum! 😀 😀

  1. […] Now that looks like a boat cat spot to me! Mum disagrees because she thinks that even with a harness on, I would try and jump out and she says it’s too dangerous. Pfft what does she know? I would be very well behaved if I was given the chance. I was really behaved when we went to the beach! […]
