There’s a small mystery in the flat today.
When mum came home from work she instantly realised that the orchid had been attacked!
Now I enjoy gardening as much as the next cat, but I’ve been busy with other things recently. Mum seems to think that I’m to blame. The other orchid is fine and still has it’s beautiful flowers attached.
If I was going to destroy one wouldn’t I destroy both? Humans are so silly! I’m sticking to my plea of innocence, I’ve been busy preening.
Maybe it was the turtles?
Let’s just hope mum doesn’t get her grubby little human paws on this blurry piece of evidence!
Hehehe! Innocent until proven guilty! That’s what I say!
Bisous Bailey

Ooohhh I think your busted Bailey… The long arm of the law, or mum in this case is too long for you to run from. Punishment ensues…
Uh-oh, Bailey. I thinks you might just be in some t-r-o-u-b-l-e….! Good luck!
Sundae
Bailey, we are not buying that innocent act. We love to nibble any flowers that enter the house. That is a magnificently long tongue. Is that your Gene Simmons impression? You are much more handsome. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
Bowie says: “The turtles are guilty! No doubt about that…”
You didn’t do it, Bailey! The blurry picture is unconvincing.
Bailey! Teddy is FOR SURE the turtles had a paw in this crime scene!
Wow, those turtles are sneaky! They even managed to avoid getting photographed!
That picture doesn’t look good enough for evidence……that could be any gorgeous seal point Siamese that snuck in to the flat while nobody was looking……….see if mum will go for that.
Please be careful Bailey. My beautiful Melba thought flowers were very tempting, too. Unfortunately, it turns out that quite a few of them are very poisonous to you pusses (all the lily family in particular), and we lost her within a week of her tasting one of them. Please be careful, sweetie.
Uh oh!!
Has to be the turtles!
Oh no Bailey, but don’t worry, I don’t think mum will be angry for long because you are just so adorable
I think you were just up there trying to protect them – it was probably moths
Framed…….I think you’ve been FRAMED! I hope it wasn’t your turtles because you’ve taken SUCH good care of them and they owe you for that…..but I say your parents can’t pin this one on you without PROOF PAWSITIVE!
Kitty Hugs, Sammy
